Marissa in Paris
Long before Emily Cooper took the City of Light by storm, there was me, another Chicago native with a newfound love of Instagram and a poor command of the French language, who moved to Paris to study and hopefully land her dream job (the allure of croissants and a possible French boyfriend didn’t hurt either!) 10 years later, I have accumulated a fairly encyclopedic knowledge of Paris, particularly its restaurants, as there really is no better place to eat in the world. I’m always sharing my Paris recommendations with friends, family and acquaintances, so I thought it was high time that I compile all my top recommendations into one easy-to-navigate package, including my obsessively organized Google Maps lists. I hope this will be a useful resource for anyone who is planning a trip to Paris, as well as anyone who already lives here and is looking for des bonnes adresses. Because, to quote another Paris-loving American (this time Audrey Hepburn), Paris is always a good idea! Bisous !
